Introduction

Controversy on executive pay continues unabated with concerns about its contribution to inappropriate risk taking during the financial crisis. ICGN will explore the problem and the proposed solutions, from an international perspective, at a dinner debate co-hosted by AFG, the French fund management association and AXA Investment Managers. The event will be held at the AXA Headquarters in the heart of Paris in Avenue Matignon. The Dinner is co-sponsored by AXA and AFG and will focus on shareholder rights, with a specific focus on executive remuneration and ‘say on pay’.
