ICGN Conferences and Meetings
The ICGN arranges an annual conference to allow members
to meet and exchange information in order to learn more
about the state of corporate governance in the various
jurisdictions represented by members. The choice of venue
is made by the ICGN Board of Governors and then the Membership
of the ICGN at the AGM.
The ICGN also holds mid-year meetings
on issues of topical importance.

General Meetings |
| The Annual
General Meetings of the ICGN takes place during
Annual Conferences. The ICGN Board presents a report
on activities to members, a financial account of its
activities during the year and also arranges for the
election or re-election of members of the Board of Governors.
