The investors shortlisted for the ICGN Global Stewardship Disclosure Awards 2024, which recognise excellence and innovation in public disclosures globally, have been announced by the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN), an investor-led body with members representing assets under management in excess of $77 trillion.
Announcing the shortlists, Jen Sisson, ICGN’s CEO, said:
“Stewardship is an important part of an investor’s responsibilities on behalf their clients and beneficiaries and ICGN has a long history of supporting the development and recognition of best practice in the field. Effective stewardship enhances overall financial market stability and economic growth, focusing on long-term value creation, and is an example of the constructive dialogue we want to see more of between boards and shareholders.
