Lindsey Walton

Lindsey Walton, CFA, PRM currently serves as the Director of Global Markets for the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI). The PRI has twenty years of experience supporting institutional investors to advance their responsible investment practice, with 5000+ signatories globally representing USD$128T+ in assets under management. We are a global community of industry peers working together to stay informed of trends, access the latest tools and insights, and deliver benefits for signatory clients and beneficiaries, in line with their fiduciary duties.  

Through her work at the PRI, Lindsey was a founding member of Climate Engagement Canada (CEC, akin to CA100+), won a Canada’s Clean50 award for her leadership in collaborative work, and was the architect of the PRI’s global Community of Practice model (which seeks to bring investors together to build responsible investment ecosystems).

Before the PRI, Lindsey worked to accelerate gender equity in the Canadian finance industry as a Director at Women In Capital Markets (WCM). Prior to WCM, Lindsey worked in the capital markets space for over a decade. She got her start in venture capital and has spent the majority of her career with CIBC Capital Markets Risk
Management (CMRM) doing trading floor market risk for a variety of different asset classes. Lindsey is Chair of the Board of Nellie’s Women’s Shelter in Toronto and volunteers in WCM’s professional and student mentorship programs.

Will Farrell

Will co-leads the climate change theme at EOS, the stewardship arm of Federated Hermes Limited, where his coverage includes companies in Europe and Australia, primarily financial services, energy, chemicals, and materials. Prior to joining EOS, Will worked in the energy and infrastructure investment banking team at Macquarie Capital, where he specialised in renewable energy. Before that, Will held a number of roles across the UK climate policy space, including as a parliamentary researcher for Rt. Hon. Chris Skidmore MP on climate and energy issues, and as a climate and economic policy analyst at a diplomatic institute. He was appointed as a voluntary adviser to Rt. Hon. Alok Sharma MP, President of COP26, on preparations for COP26 after co-founding a Westminster climate policy group in 2019, which engaged MPs and Members of the House of Lords to advocate for more ambition on climate action in public policy. Will has a Bachelor’s degree (1st Class Honours) in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
