Fay is a recognized expert on these complex and system issues that are challenging directors with rapidly changing expectations, technology, markets, and creating new business models.

Fay is CEO of Risk for Good, an advisory firm providing strategic counsel on emerging issues to peers in the boardroom and c-suite. She has built a prestigious network of directors, investors, and boardroom executives within the corporate governance community. Her work as a Social Media Strategist at the Millstein Governance Forum and the International Corporate Governance Network brought an innovative, social transparency to corporate governance.

She is a founding member of the Digital Directors Network and member of the DDN Advisory Board. DDN is the world’s leading boardroom network focused on driving alpha through digital, cybersecurity and systemic risk governance.  DDN brings together and works with digital and cybersecurity leaders, directors, corporate boards, investors, and leading IT and cybersecurity companies to transform and strengthen the role of the corporate boardroom in shaping and securing the digital future.

She also Chairs the Boretti, Inc. Advisory Board. Boretti, Inc provides superior workplace safety and environmental services that help organizations gain a business advantage through risk reduction and implementing a positive safety culture. She recently authored the chapter, “Bringing Total Worker Health ® into the Boardroom” for The Wiley Guide to Strategies, Ideas, and Applications for Implementing a Total Worker Health Program.

A graduate of San Diego State University, a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM). Fay has been active in the American Society of Safety Engineers throughout her career and has received the prestigious ASSE Fellow (ASSPF). Fay is a NACD Board Leadership Fellow. NACD recently certified her as NACD Directorship Certified®. It assures investors that corporate boards are competent and committed to best practices.

Will co-leads the climate change theme at EOS, the stewardship arm of Federated Hermes Limited, where his coverage includes companies in Europe and Australia, primarily financial services, energy, chemicals, and materials. Prior to joining EOS, Will worked in the energy and infrastructure investment banking team at Macquarie Capital, where he specialised in renewable energy. Before that, Will held a number of roles across the UK climate policy space, including as a parliamentary researcher for Rt. Hon. Chris Skidmore MP on climate and energy issues, and as a climate and economic policy analyst at a diplomatic institute. He was appointed as a voluntary adviser to Rt. Hon. Alok Sharma MP, President of COP26, on preparations for COP26 after co-founding a Westminster climate policy group in 2019, which engaged MPs and Members of the House of Lords to advocate for more ambition on climate action in public policy. Will has a Bachelor’s degree (1st Class Honours) in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
