Chirag Mehta is currently Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Quantum Asset Management Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Quantum Advisors. He joined the Quantum group in 2006 and has over the two decades of experience specializing in equites, sustainability and alternative investment strategies.

Chirag has been a recognized torchbearer of sustainability, leading key initiatives that advance responsible finance in Indian markets. He spearheads Quantum’s responsible investment efforts and actively engages with the government, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to deepen the reach of sustainable finance in India. As a member of a government-appointed task force, Chirag contributed to shaping the four essential pillars for sustainable finance: taxonomy, regulations, disclosures, and resilience.

He has been part of several influential platforms, including the Advisory Board of the Workforce Disclosure Initiative (a Thomson Reuters Foundation project) and the ICGN Global Policy Committee. In addition, he has contributed to various domestic and international collaborations such as the CDP India Working Group, Green Finance Leadership Initiative, Access to Nutrition Initiative, Workforce Disclosure Initiative, and has been actively involved in policy dialogues through forums organized by India SIF, CFA Institute, NSE, and other key industry bodies.

Chirag is a sought-after speaker at both domestic and international forums, where he shares insights on sustainability from an investment perspective. He is also frequently featured in the media, offering expert commentary on asset class outlooks, sustainability trends, policy matters, and asset allocation strategies.

Will co-leads the climate change theme at EOS, the stewardship arm of Federated Hermes Limited, where his coverage includes companies in Europe and Australia, primarily financial services, energy, chemicals, and materials. Prior to joining EOS, Will worked in the energy and infrastructure investment banking team at Macquarie Capital, where he specialised in renewable energy. Before that, Will held a number of roles across the UK climate policy space, including as a parliamentary researcher for Rt. Hon. Chris Skidmore MP on climate and energy issues, and as a climate and economic policy analyst at a diplomatic institute. He was appointed as a voluntary adviser to Rt. Hon. Alok Sharma MP, President of COP26, on preparations for COP26 after co-founding a Westminster climate policy group in 2019, which engaged MPs and Members of the House of Lords to advocate for more ambition on climate action in public policy. Will has a Bachelor’s degree (1st Class Honours) in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
