As a long-standing member of ICGN, Megumi has served on the former Global Governance Committee and as a judge panel on the ICGN Global Stewardship Disclosure Awards.

Megumi is the Founder & CEO of Megske Corporation, a corporate governance consulting firm with the aim of enhancing communication between Japanese companies and overseas institutional investors.

From 2013 to 2022, Megumi had been studied ESG Investing, focusing on shareholder stewardship and corporate governance as a Managing Director of the Institute of Social System Research, Nikko Research Center, Inc. During the period, Megumi co-authored PRI’s Fiduciary Duty in the 21st Century: Japan Roadmap.

From 2007 to 2013, Megumi has been a first senior consultant specializing in ESG investing at Mercer Japan, introducing ESG investing to Japan.

Previously, Megumi worked in the corporate risk management consultancy services at KPMG Business Assurance, focused on internal control and corporate governance issues.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Kyoto University and a master’s degree in public affairs from S Paul H. O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Indiana University. CFA, CMA.

Will co-leads the climate change theme at EOS, the stewardship arm of Federated Hermes Limited, where his coverage includes companies in Europe and Australia, primarily financial services, energy, chemicals, and materials. Prior to joining EOS, Will worked in the energy and infrastructure investment banking team at Macquarie Capital, where he specialised in renewable energy. Before that, Will held a number of roles across the UK climate policy space, including as a parliamentary researcher for Rt. Hon. Chris Skidmore MP on climate and energy issues, and as a climate and economic policy analyst at a diplomatic institute. He was appointed as a voluntary adviser to Rt. Hon. Alok Sharma MP, President of COP26, on preparations for COP26 after co-founding a Westminster climate policy group in 2019, which engaged MPs and Members of the House of Lords to advocate for more ambition on climate action in public policy. Will has a Bachelor’s degree (1st Class Honours) in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
