Working in partnership with the ICGN Policy Team, committee members contribute to the development of our policy positions, research, and advocacy, supporting our mission to advance the highest standards of corporate governance and investor stewardship worldwide.
Global Policy Committee
The Global Policy Committee enables ICGN members to help shape the organisation’s policy agenda by contributing their expertise to policy development, thought leadership, and advocacy.
Working in partnership with the ICGN Secretariat, this investor-led committee supports ICGN’s mission to promote high standards of corporate governance and investor stewardship worldwide. The Committee is a voluntary body made up of ICGN members, providing a forum for collaboration, insight, and meaningful influence on ICGN’s policy work.

Daniel Adams
Daniel is responsible for supporting the investment teams on governance-related stewardship matters and corporate transactions of their investee companies. He is a member of the Investment Association’s Remuneration and Share Scheme Committee and the Corporate Reporting and Audit Group.
Prior to joining M&G Investments, Daniel worked for over 20 years in UK investment banking at Investec, advising on capital markets and M&A transactions. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and a Masters in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
Oshni Arachchi
Oshni Arachchi is Danske Bank’s Global Head of Active Ownership and Head of Responsible Investment (Sweden). She has over 10 years of experience in responsible and sustainable investment. Prior to joining Danske Bank, Oshni held key roles key roles at ISS, Folksam, the UNDP, and the Danish Institute for Human Rights. From her eight years with ISS as their Global Head of Global Norms, Controversies and Pooled Engagement, she has supported numerous global investors in their efforts to integrate sustainability throughout their investment processes and implement their respective active ownership strategies. She also holds a number of voluntary positions, serving as a guest lecturer at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, a member of The Taskforce on Inequality-related Financial Disclosures (TISFD) Europe & UK Regional Council and a member of the reference group for the Center for Migration and Integration Research (CMIR).
Bruno Bastit
Bruno is the global corporate governance lead and senior sustainable finance specialist at S&P Global Ratings, based in Madrid. Bruno has 16 years’ experience in ESG and responsible investing. Before his current role, he was the founder and MD of Quetzal Strategy, a global consultancy advising emerging markets companies on ESG risks, and investors on sustainable investing strategies. He was a director and Head of Latin America at Morrow Sodali where he advised Boards and C-suites on corporate governance. He previously worked as a senior sustainable investing analyst at Hermes Investment Management in London, where he was the Head of Stewardship for Latin America, and in ESG research with Innovest Strategic Value Advisors. He served as an ESG advisor to the Emerging Markets Investors Alliance and currently sits on the Global Reporting Initiative’s Independent Appointments Committee. He graduated from Durham University in Middle Eastern Studies, has a Masters in International Political Economy from Warwick University, a Certificate in Investor Relations from the UK IR Society, the CFA’s Certificate in ESG Investing, GARP’s Sustainability and Climate Risk Certificate, and SASB’s FSA Credential I.
Jonathan Bey
Jonathan Bey brings over a decade of experience in responsible investing and corporate governance. He leads stewardship and responsible investing integration across the technology, telecommunications, and health care sectors. His work focuses on how companies can respond to emerging governance challenges arising from technological change, including artificial intelligence governance and accountability, digital rights, and human capital management.
Before joining NEI Investments, Jonathan was a Senior Consultant in EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice. He specialized in assurance and advisory services, with expertise in internal controls, risk oversight, and sustainability disclosures. He holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Environment and Business from the University of Waterloo and has passed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program.
Aldo Bonati
Aldo is the Stewardship and ESG Networks Manager at Etica Sgr. Aldo’s work in stewardship involves establishing a dialogue on ESG topics with the investee issuers, managing the advocacy with governments, regulators and standard setters, directing the voting activity, and managing the relations with the networks Etica is a member of, including ICGN, UN PRI, CDP, SfC and ICCR. He also supports the implementation of SRI strategies, and the promotion of sustainable and responsible investments to stakeholders.
Aldo is also active in teaching. He co-leads the ESG Lab at ALTIS Graduate School “Master in sustainable finance. He teaches the Asset Ownership module of the online certification program on “ESG Analysis & Investing” at MIP Politecnico di Milano and CFA Society Italy. Aldo is Adjunct Professor of sustainable and responsible finance at the MSc ERGOLABOS at Cattolica University in Milan, and at the MSc Management of innovation and entrepreneurship at Statale University in Milan. He is also Professor by contract in Sustainable Corporate Finance and ESG at University of Pavia.

Roland Bosch
Roland M. Bosch is a Governance Analyst on the Sustainable Investment and ESG team. Prior to joining Lazard in 2022, Roland was a senior investment stewardship specialist with Federated Hermes International, where he was sector lead for financial services and responsible for corporate engagements in Europe and the US. Prior to joining Federated Hermes, he worked as an investment manager at F&C Asset Management, where he was responsible for managing institutional equity portfolios, as well as providing investment analysis and recommendations. Before that, Roland was based in the Netherlands, working as an investment manager for insurance group Achmea and as an equity analyst at HSBC James Capel.
Roland is a certified investment analyst (RBA), EFFAS financial analyst and holds a master’s degree in Business Economics from University of Groningen. Roland is fluent in Dutch and English, with a good working knowledge of German and French.
Jocelyn Brown
Jocelyn Brown is the head of Governance, EMEA and APAC, for T. Rowe Price International Ltd. She is a member of the ESG Committee. Jocelyn is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd.
Jocelyn’s industry experience began in 2008, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2020, beginning in the Governance department. Prior to this, Jocelyn was employed by the UK Railways Pension Scheme in the area of sustainable ownership.
Jocelyn earned an M.A. in history from the University of Cambridge and an M.B.A., with distinction, from Imperial College London.
Richard Butters
Richard leads on Stewardship within the Public Markets ESG team, including proxy voting and engagement activities.
Richard joined Aviva Investors as part of a graduate scheme and previously worked in the Finance Team before joining the Sustainable Investing Team. Since then, Richard has worked in a variety of ESG roles covering research, product, and integration responsibilities. This includes being an ESG fund analyst for the Aviva Investors Stewardship Funds (an ethical fund range), a Senior ESG Analyst responsible for covering the financial sector, and then leading the ESG Credit Team. Before Aviva Investors, Richard worked for a renewable energy provider and volunteered in a government funded international development programme.
Chuck Canfield
Chuck joined IFC in July 2004 and is a highly experienced advisor in corporate governance, having played a key role in developing various methodologies and toolkits for IFC. He is the main author of the IFC Updated Corporate Governance Methodology, Control Environment Toolkit, Disclosure and Transparency Toolkit, and co-authored the IFC Climate Governance Methodology. Chuck has extensive experience as an auditor and tax advisor with international accounting firms as well as legal experience as a corporate and securities attorney with international law firms. Chuck has a J.D. with a concentration in International from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Accounting from Elmhurst University. Of note, Chuck won the 2024 International Corporate Governance Network award for Excellence in Corporate Governance.
Andrew Cave
Andrew joined Baillie Gifford as Head of Governance and Sustainability in May 2015. He is also a member of the Global Stewardship Portfolio Construction Group. In his previous role as Chief Sustainability Officer for RBS, Andrew was responsible for helping to rebuild RBS’s approach to corporate responsibility after the financial crisis. He is a member of the Financial Reporting Council’s Investor Advisory Group and is a former Chairman of the UK Global Compact Network. Andrew graduated MA in History from the University of Edinburgh in 1999 and MSc in International Development from London’s School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in 2001. He has subsequently obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge.
Elisa Cencig
Elisa Cencig is Head of Policy Engagement at Norges Bank Investment Management, where she is responsible for the fund’s engagement with international organisations, standard-setters and policymakers on sustainability, responsible investment and corporate governance. Prior to that, she worked at the UK Financial Authority, first on EU Withdrawal Policy and Strategy and more recently leading the FCA’s engagement at the Financial Stability Board. Earlier in her career, she worked at the Association of Financial Markets in Europe’s Brussels office on prudential and resolution policy and advocacy. She was also part of the European Commission’s secretariat team supporting the High Level Expert Group on Sustainable Finance. She is an alumna of the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa (Italy) and the College of Europe (Belgium) and holds a PhD in Political Science from the London School of Economics.
Jackie Cheung
As a member of the firm’s Sustainable Investment team, Jackie serves as a subject matter expert for ESG, corporate governance, and proxy voting issues. He co-leads the firm’s overall global stewardship program and works closely with investment teams on ESG integration and investment stewardship activities. Prior to joining TDAM, he spent ten years advising public issuers and other stakeholders on complex shareholder matters at two specialist shareholder engagement consultancies, giving advice on strategies for navigating high-stakes situations. In these roles, he routinely advised boards and management teams across the Canadian, U.S. and Latin American markets on all matters related to corporate governance, ESG and shareholder activism. Jackie holds a B.B.A. with Distinction from the Schulich School of Business and has completed the CFA Institute’s Certificate in ESG Investing. He currently sits on the Global Policy Committee at the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) and the Public Policy Committee of the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance (CCGG).
Dr Jinsuk Choi
Dr Jinsuk Choi is a Senior Director at KIC, Korean Sovereign Wealth Fund. From 2016, he has mainly worked for developing the sustainable investment of KIC, managing sustainable programs with ESG analysis, and engaging the stewardship activities.
He was one of the initiative members in issuing Green & Sustainable Bond, which was issued globally by the Korean government for the first time in the world, and is also in charge of ESG strategic funds through global equity portfolio.
He has been cited in the media, including the Economist Intelligence Unit. He also participates as a panelist at many global seminars and conferences sponsored by IFC, etc. He has experiences to engage on government projects for the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Environment.
Dr. Choi is teaching at various educational institutions including the business school of Seoul National University, the BAN KI-MOON ESG Academy of UN Global Compact Korea and so on. He won the Bank of Korea President’s Award in 2017 and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance’s Award in 2021. He is co-author of ‘Era of ESG Investing’ published in 2021.
Enrico Colombo
Enrico is a member of the Responsible Investing team at Nuveen, the investment management arm of TIAA. He is responsible for strategies, policies and communications related to firm’s stewardship programme, including company engagement, proxy voting, thematic research and thought leadership.
Before joining Nuveen, Enrico was a lead analyst in Vanguard’s investment stewardship team, covering EMEA and APAC markets with a focus on climate risk. He was previously a manager at Sustainalytics Morningstar with research and business development roles in Germany and Australia. Enrico holds a Masters in Strategic Management from Rotterdam School of Management, and a BA Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, with an academic exchange in Shanghai.
Lauren Compere
Lauren Compere is a Managing Director and Head of Stewardship and Engagement at Boston Common Asset Management (www.bostoncommonasset.com), a majority-employee-owned and woman-led investment management firm specializing in U.S. and international responsible investing. Ms. Compere heads Boston Common’s shareholder engagement program. She has worked in the responsible investment industry for 30 years and has 18 years of experience in global responsible investing. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences in the US, Europe, and Asia and a guest contributor to the Huffington Post and Medium.
Ms. Compere currently sits on the board of the Global Network Initiative (GNI) and previously served on the boards of the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility (ICCR) and the Access to Nutrition Foundation. Ms. Compere serves on the Advisory Council for the Investor Alliance for Human Rights (an ICCR project), serves as the Co-Chair for the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) Natural Capital Committee, and is part of the PCAF (Platform for Carbon Accounting Financials) Core Team which in 2020 developed a global standard for carbon accounting for six asset classes). Ms. Compere was Co-Chair of the Emerging Markets Disclosure Project (EMDP) and co-lead for the EMDP Korean team (2009-2012).
Since 2014 Ms. Compere has led a multi-year global investor engagement “Banking on a Low Carbon Future” which has benchmarked the performance of 60 banks on climate risk, strategy, and funding climate adaption and mitigation through the creation of new metrics, reports, and active engagement. Lastly she sits on the Strategy and Design Team of the Climate Safe Lending Network (CSLN).
Fabienne Crisovan
Pete Dervan
Pete has over 14 years of experience within the corporate governance and investment stewardship space. In terms of day-to-day practice, this work has included proxy voting policy development and research and company engagement. Pete currently collaborates across functions to draft public facing reports for clients and other stakeholders covering investment stewardship and sustainability while leading initiatives to review and enhance firm governance and policy infrastructure. Pete also contributes to internal and industry group responses to regulatory consultations as well as stewardship and governance code consultations including through work as a member of the Stewardship Committee and now the Global Policy Committee of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN).

Edouard Dubois
Edouard Dubois is the Head of Proxy Voting within the ESG Research, Engagement and Voting team of Amundi, based in Paris.
Prior to joining Amundi, Edouard had been advising issuers and investors on their engagement practices since 2019, first as a partner in the consulting firm SquareWell Partners, and then as Head of Stewardship and Engagement at ISS ESG.
Previous to this, Edouard was with BlackRock first in San Francisco in 2013, then in 2014 he moved to London where he was in charge of voting and engagement for various European markets.
Edouard began his career in France where he worked as a corporate governance analyst at ISS and then at BNP Paribas Asset Management.
Edouard Dubois is a law graduate from the Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II and Kyushu University (Japan).
Caroline Escott
Caroline leads Railpen’s investment stewardship work globally across £35bn of assets under management.
She was previously in charge of the investment, stewardship and collective engagement programme at the Pensions and Lifetime Savings Association (PLSA). Prior to this, she was Head of Public Policy at the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association (UKSIF) and a Senior Policy Adviser at PIMFA (then APFA), having started her career in fixed income research.
She is Co-founder and Chair of the UK-focused Governance for Growth Investor Campaign (GGIC), the $4.5tn Investor Coalition for Equal Votes (ICEV) and the $2.5tn Workforce Directors Coalition (WDC) and a fully accredited professional pension trustee at the Standard Life Master Trust – where she is also Chair of its Investment Committee. She has won various industry awards, including as “ESG Investment Woman of the Year” and “Investment Woman of the Year” and was picked as one of Financial News’ “Top 50 most influential in European Sustainable Finance” and “Top 25 Rising Stars of Asset Management in Europe”.
In her spare time, she is a Board Director of the Social Market Foundation (SMF), a cross-party think-tank, and also sits on the ICGN’s Global Policy Committee.
Steven Friel
Steven is a leader in the sphere of collective redress, and one of the most well-established litigation finance professionals in the international market. He is particularly expert in helping large groups of shareholders, bondholders and other stakeholders to collaborate in the face of catastrophic breakdowns in corporate governance at publicly listed companies.
He has been the driving force behind Woodsford’s evolution from a traditional litigation funder into a leading global collective redress business in the UK, Australia, continental Europe, Japan and Canada.
With more than a decade in the industry, Steven has consistently been recognised by Chambers & Partners, Lexology Index, Lawdragon and Legal 500 as a leading figure in litigation finance. Before joining Woodsford, he was a partner at the London offices of Brown Rudnick and DAC Beachcroft, and previously practised at Debevoise & Plimpton in London and New York.
Steven is the author of The Law and Business of Litigation Finance (now on its Second Edition), the leading treatise on the international development of the law and practice of high value litigation and arbitration funding. He is also a member of the ICGN (International Corporate Governance Network) Global Policy Committee.
Delaney Greig
Delaney Greig is Director of Investor Stewardship, at University Pension Plan, where she leverages the investor voice to drive action on systemic issues like climate change and inequality, which impact the long-term health of the economy for pension beneficiaries. In prior roles, Delaney worked across stewardship, ESG integration, and sustainable fund design at Addenda Capital and led the corporate engagement team at the Shareholder Association for Research and Education (SHARE). A lawyer by training, she has experience in environmental, human rights and Indigenous law and policy.
Delaney holds a JD/BCL from McGill University, an MA in political economy from the University of Toronto, and a BA in international development (economics) from the University of Guelph. She sits on several industry committees and advisory groups including the International Corporate Governance Network Global Policy Committee, the Principles for Responsible Investment Systems Stewardship Advisory Committee, and the Technical Committee of Climate Engagement Canada. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Living Wage Network.
Shipra Gupta
Shipra brings with her over two decades of global work experience spanning Financial Services, Management Consulting, Healthcare, Consumer Goods and Social Enterprise. Of these, she has spent the last 13 years working in Sustainable Finance.
In her current role as the Investments Stewardship Lead at Scottish Widows, she influences the investment value chain to integrate environmental, social and governance factors, with a ‘double materiality’ lens, through engagement with policy makers, regulators, investment managers, investee companies, civil society and peer organisations.
Living in London with her family, Shipra also gives her time as a Trustee to The Conservation Volunteers, a charity that connects people with nature and as a NED at the Soil Association. She has also been on the Board of Trustees at ShareAction, a responsible investment non-profit and chaired the Board of her local school.
Matt Hallett
Matt Hallett is a member of the PwC Global Public Policy and Regulation team, specialising in the global developments shaping governance, corporate reporting, assurance, and business regulation. He advises leadership on emerging regulatory developments and their strategic implications across major markets, with particular expertise in regulatory fragmentation, international standard setting, corporate governance, and risk oversight. Matt works closely with global stakeholders to analyse policy trends, anticipate regulatory change, and support informed engagement on issues that affect investor confidence, market resilience, and the future of corporate reporting and assurance.
Olga Hancock
Olga is Head of Responsible Investment at the Church Commissioners for England where she leads on responsible investment strategy and implementation across the portfolio. Olga co-founded and Co-Chairs the Indonesia Investor Policy Dialogue on Deforestation and also sits on the ICGN Global Policy Committee. Before joining the Church Commissioners, Olga spent fifteen years working in environmental and human rights law.
Gabriel Hasson
Gabriel Hasson is Global Head of Governance, Shareholder & Activism Advisory at ICR, where he advises boards and executives on corporate governance, shareholder engagement, activism, M&A and other high-stakes situations. He has advised public companies and institutional investors on contested director elections, executive compensation, board and leadership transitions, and proxy season preparation across the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America and other global markets.
Prior to joining ICR, Gabriel was an Investment Stewardship Director at BlackRock, overseeing a portfolio of more than $400 billion across the United States, Canada and Latin America. Earlier, he practiced as an M&A attorney and held senior roles at Institutional Shareholder Services and Deloitte.
Gabriel holds a law degree from Universidad Panamericana, a certificate in U.S. Law from The George Washington Law School, a master’s in international public policy from Johns Hopkins SAIS, and a certificate in corporate finance from Cornell University. He also serves on the GRI Stakeholder Council.
Bob Herr
Bob Herr is a Senior Vice President and Director of Investment Stewardship within the Responsible Investing team. He joined AB in 2023. Herr oversees the firm’s proxy voting, corporate governance and engagement functions, and serves as Chair of the Proxy Voting and Governance Committee. His prior experience includes serving as the head of investment stewardship at Lord Abbett, manager of corporate governance and stockholder services at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and corporate governance analyst at Morrow Sodali. Herr has worked in the financial services industry since 2010. He holds a BA in economics from Wake Forest University.
Andrew Hobbs
Andrew leads EY’s EMEIA Public Policy team which works with key stakeholders to strengthen the working relationship between the public and private sectors. A qualified solicitor (23 years PQE), Andrew is particularly interested in the role of good governance for business success. His team is currently covering policy areas like risk management, viability, sustainability reporting, the future of audit & assurance, anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, the role of tax intermediaries, data governance and ethics in AI.
Andrew is vice-chair of the Corporate Governance Policy Group of Accountancy Europe. He is a member of the Asia Corporate Governance Association India Working Group, the Corporate Governance Committee of the Business and Industry Advisory Committee at the OECD and the Research Advisory Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He chairs the Corporate Governance Working Group of the European Contact Group whose members comprise the 6 largest audit networks across the EU. He is a regular blogger on the role of corporate governance in trust. Finally, as an experienced charity trustee, he speaks regularly to charities and social entrepreneurs about good governance.
Clémence Humeau
Clémence is Head of Sustainability Coordination and Governance at BNPP Asset Management. Working in close partnership with representatives from investment teams, her team she notably looks after the definition and implementation of the sustainability strategy and roadmap of BNPPAM, with a specific focus on Sustainable Finance policies. Prior to the acquisition of AXA Investment Managers by BNP Paribas, she held similar responsibilities at AXA Investment Managers and was a member of the EU Platform on Sustainable Finance, representing AXA Group, being Co-Rapporteur for the sub-group on Usability & Data. Prior to this, she was Chief of Staff for the Chief Executive Officer of AXA IM.
George Iguchi
George Iguchi is Chief Corporate Governance Officer and Executive Director of Nissay Asset Management, one of biggest asset manager in Japan. He has been responsible for stewardship activities across asset classes.
He is a member of IFRS advisory council (IFRS AC) from 2019 and had been a Board Governor of International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) from 2015 to 2021, currently a member of ICGN Board Nomination committee.
George is a member of “Sustainability Standards Board of Japan”(SSBJ), setting sustainability standards in Japan and chair of “Sustainability Reporting Committee” at the Securities Analysts Association of Japan (SAAJ), the biggest investor association in Japan.
He is also a member of various governmental councils: “Expert Panel on Sustainable Finance”, “Disclosure Working Group” and “Audit Committee of Business Accounting Council” by Financial Services Agency (FSA), “Study Group toward achieving Human Capital Management” by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), etc.
His published reports and books including: co-author of “Practical Introduction to Corporate Governance Code”, Nikkei BP(2021), “Effective Disclosure of financial and non-financial information for ESG investments”,Shoji-homu(2018), “The materiality of ESG factors on Corporate Value”, Securities Analysts Journal 51 (2013),etc.
He received his BA in Economics from Osaka University and is a CFA charter holder.
James Jarvis
James Jarvis is Director, Engagement and Stewardship at Elliott Investment Management, covering Elliott’s investments outside of North America. Prior to joining Elliott in 2019, James spent a year as Director, Corporate Governance at D.F.King, a leading proxy solicitation and governance advisory business. James started his career at the UK Institute of Directors and worked as a Corporate Governance Analyst in the Policy Unit.
Jana Jevcakova
Jana advises companies on all aspects of environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices and disclosures. Saskia Kort-Chick
Saskia Kort-Chick is Director, Stewardship & Corporate Governance at the Future Fund, Australia’s sovereign wealth fund. Before that, she was the CEO of the Telco Together Foundation, which unites Australia’s telecommunications industry to create meaningful social change on some of Australia’s most complex social challenges. Previously, Saskia served as a Senior Vice President and Director of ESG Research and Engagement at global asset manager AllianceBernstein (AB), where she led award-winning work on modern slavery. Prior to joining AB in 2010, she worked as a senior account manager for investor relations consultancy RD:IR in London. Saskia holds a BA (Cum Laude) from University College Utrecht; an MA (with Merit) from King’s College London; and a postgraduate certificate from Birkbeck, University of London. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Saskia is an Honorary Associate at the Monash Centre for Financial Studies of Monash University. She is also a pro-bono Project Advisor at RightsCo Lab, an organisation which aims to strengthen civil society and leverage markets to fortify human rights.
Claudia Kruse
Claudia Kruse is part of the global management team of the investment function reporting into the Chief Executive Officer of APG Asset Management. Before joining APG in 2009, she worked on the buy and sell-side in London for almost a decade.
She currently serves on the Board of the Institutional Investors Group on Climate Change (IIGCC) and co-chairs the Paris Aligned Investing Initiative (PAII). In 2016 she was appointed to the German Corporate Governance Code Commission, and she was a member of the EU Expert Group on Sustainable Finance (2017). In July 2020, APG together with PGGM, AustralianSuper and British Columbia Investment Management launched the SDI Asset Owner Platform, setting a global standard for investing into the Sustainable Development Goals, which Claudia chairs.
Kimberley Lewis
Kimberley Lewis is the Head of Active Ownership at Schroders, an active asset manager. She has over 25 years experience in sustainability, law and public policy.
Prior to joining Schroders, she served as the Director of North America Engagement for Federated Hermes EOS, International, where she led board and executive level engagements with a portfolio of companies on ESG and long-term business strategy issues across equity and fixed income holdings.
Before joining EOS, Kimberley was the Senior Director of Global Corporate Responsibility at Pfizer Inc, where she was responsible for driving Pfizer’s strategy for global public health and patient impact in underserved communities. Prior to that, she was the Director of Public Policy and Issues Management at AstraZeneca, where she led the company’s work on access to medicines in underserved markets.
She was also a senior advisor to Cherie Blair, where she played a key role in establishing the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. Nana Li
Nana Li leads Impax’s sustainability research, stewardship strategy and policy advocacy across the Asia-Pacific region. She is responsible for overseeing sustainability analysis and engagement priorities, coordinating dialogue with investee companies and regulators, managing external sustainability- and stewardship-related inquiries, and contributing to the ongoing development of Impax’s proprietary sustainability frameworks and methodologies.
Prior to joining Impax in 2022, Nana served as Research and Project Director at the Asian Corporate Governance Association (ACGA). During her tenure, she authored and co-authored multiple flagship research reports on corporate governance in Asia and regularly presented to regulators and market participants, including the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges and the Shenzhen Asset Management Association. Since 2018, Nana has chaired ACGA’s China Working Group, a role she continues to hold, and she remains a Specialist Consultant to ACGA following her transition to Impax.
Nana is a frequent speaker at international conferences and industry forums organised by financial institutions, multilateral organisations and market bodies, and she is regularly invited to contribute to discussions on corporate governance, stewardship and sustainability. She has been interviewed by leading international media outlets and serves as a guest speaker at universities in Asia, Europe and North America. In 2024, Nana co-authored Unlocking Corporate Success by the Power of Diversity, the first book to examine gender diversity in Japan from an investor perspective. She is also the author of Navigating Sustainability in Asia: A Practical Guide for Corporate Leaders and Investors, which provides an applied and region-specific perspective on sustainability, governance and stewardship across Asia-Pacific. In 2025, Nana was awarded the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) Excellence in Stewardship Award (the first Asian recipient), recognising her leadership and contributions to stewardship and policy advocacy in Asia.
Nana serves on the Stakeholder Advisory Council of the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board and the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants. She is also a member of the Global Policy Committee of the ICGN, the Global Policy Reference Group of the Principles for Responsible Investment, the Advisory Group of the Global Capacity Building Coalition, the ESG Committee of Women in Finance Asia and the Caixin China ESG30 Forum. Jon Lukomnik
Forbes calls long-time institutional investor Jon Lukomnik one of the pioneers of modern corporate governance. Jon is the managing partner of Sinclair Capital LLC, a strategic consultancy to institutional investors, adjunct Professor and Brandmeyer Fellow at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, where he teaches sustainable investments to graduate students. He is also a Senior Fellow at the High Meadows Institute and was the Pembroke Visiting Professor at the Judge Business School at Cambridge for the winter 2020 semester.
Jon is the co-author with Dr. James Hawley of “Moving Beyond Modern Portfolio Theory: Investing That Matters” (Routledge 2021). It has received widespread praise as the first unified theory of investing that examines why investors should care about — and try to influence — systemic risks that cause non-diversifiable risk in the capital markets. His most recent book, “Adapt or Fail: A 5×5 Governance Framework for Boards of Directors” (DeGruyter, 2025) was co-written with Rick Funston.

Luiz Martha
Knowledge and Impact Officer at the IBGC. Graduated in Business Administration from FEA/USP, MBA in Investor Relations from FIPECAFI, and certified in Corporate Law from CEU Law School. Responsible for content production (researches and publications), socio-environmental impact, institutional and governmental relations, collaborative spaces, and IBGC’s content curation processes. Catherine McCall
Catherine McCall is CEO of the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance, a not-for-profit organization celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2023, which represents Canada’s leading institutional investors. As CEO, Catherine is responsible, together with the Board of Directors, for setting the strategy of the organization, leading policy development, overseeing regulatory advocacy and participating in CCGG’s board engagement program. She is a member of the Ontario Securities Commission’s Continuous Disclosure Advisory Committee and a member of the International Corporate Governance Network’s Global Policy Committee. Representing the interests of institutional investors which collectively manage approximately $5.8 trillion of assets, the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance CCGG promotes good governance practices, including the governance of environmental and social matters, at Canadian public companies and assists institutional investors in meeting their stewardship responsibilities. Mike McCauley
Mr. McCauley’s is responsible for active corporate governance strategies for the Florida Retirement System (FRS) as well as investment program management for the Florida PRIME™ local government investment pool (2a-7-like) and other non-pension investment mandates totaling over $34 billion. He manages global corporate engagement activities, equity proxy voting, investor initiatives and regulatory affairs. He is also a member of the SBA’s Senior Leaders Group and Investment Committee, which is responsible for investment and operational oversight across all SBA portfolios. He serves as Corporate Secretary for both the Florida Water Pollution Financing Corporation and the Inland Protection Financing Corporation. Prior to these duties, Mr. McCauley oversaw investment communications, managed the administration of the defined contribution component of the FRS, and was responsible for investment research across all asset classes within the Chief Investment Officer’s unit.
Mr. McCauley is a member of the CFA Institute, the Jacksonville Society of Financial Analysts, and the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN). He also sits on the advisory board of the Harvard Law School Institutional Investor Forum (HIIF). In 2019, Mr. McCauley was appointed to the Independent Steering Committee of Broadridge Financial Services. Members of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) elected Mr. McCauley to the Board of Governors in 2015, serving as Chair from 2017 to 2019. Previously he served on the ICGN’s Governance and Awards Committees and currently is a member of the ICGN Global Policy Committee. From 2011 to 2016, and again from 2021 to 2025, members of the Council of Institutional Investors (CII) elected Mr. McCauley to the Board of Directors, serving as Chair from 2015 through 2016 and currently serving as Public Fund Co-Chair. Mary Jane McQuillen
Mary Jane is a Portfolio Manager on the Sustainability Leaders Strategy and the Head of ESG at ClearBridge Investments. She joined the firm in 1996 and has 30 years of investment industry experience. Mary Jane serves on the ClearBridge Proxy Voting Committee.
Mary Jane has been with the ESG Investment program since 1996. She began her tenure as a Business Unit Analyst at Smith Barney, before merging with Citigroup Asset Management, and then rebranded as ClearBridge Investments. While at Citigroup, she served as a Senior Research Analyst for sustainable investment strategies and became a Portfolio Manager on ClearBridge’s ESG investment strategies in 2009.

Chirag Mehta
Chirag Mehta is currently Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Quantum Asset Management Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Quantum Advisors. He joined the Quantum group in 2006 and has over the two decades of experience specializing in equites, sustainability and alternative investment strategies.

Muazzam is the Head of Corporate Sustainability and Stewardship team at Permodalan Nasional Berhad (“PNB”) with 19 years of combined experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, strategy, sustainability and governance. He leads the execution of PNB’s ESG commitments which include Net Zero Emissions 2050 covering both PNB Enterprise and Portfolio activities, investment stewardship, proxy voting and promoting effective boards of its key investee companies.
He is also a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Tenaga Nasional Berhad (“TNB”) representing PNB, serving as Chair of the Board Sustainability & Risk Committee, Interim Chair of the Board Nomination & Remuneration Committee and member of the Board Integrity Committee of TNB.
Yumi Narita
Yumi Narita joined the Office of the Comptroller’s Bureau of Asset Management (BAM) as the Executive Director of Corporate Governance in the Corporate Governance and Responsible Investment Unit in December 2019. The Comptroller serves as investment advisor, custodian, and a trustee to the New York City Pension Funds, which hold approximately $320 billion in assets (as of Feb 2026). In her role as Executive Director, Ms. Narita is responsible for developing and implementing active ownership programs for public equities, including overseeing proxy voting, engaging portfolio companies on their ESG policies and practices, and advocating for regulatory reforms to protect investors and strengthen investor rights.
Ms. Narita has over 22 years of experience in the ESG industry. Nga Pham
Nga Pham is a senior research fellow at the Monash Centre for Financial Studies (MCFS). She works on issues related to pensions, ESG and shareholder activism. Nga is a member of the Advisory Board of the Mercer CFA Institute Global Pension Index.
Nga is currently also a co-chair of the ICGN’s Financial Capital Committee. Before that, she was a member of the Disclosure and Transparency Committee of ICGN.
Before joining Monash University, Nga was a consultant at the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group, working for the Vietnam Corporate Governance Project. Her work involved raising awareness, regulatory advocacy, capacity building and firm advisory activities in corporate governance for companies in Vietnam. She had also worked in equity research at Vietnam Asset Management and Bien Viet Securities (now Woori CBV Securities).
Nga was also an academic at Hanoi University in Vietnam for more than 15 years. Anastasia Rotheroe
Anastasia Rotheroe is a Principal Investment Officer-Public Equities for the Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds (CRPTF). She has over 20 years of global investment experience as a portfolio manager and an asset allocator. She also serves as the Director of Corporate Governance.
Simon Rumore
Simon Rumore is the Managing Director and Co‑Founder of Peakstone Global, a board and governance advisory firm supporting organisations across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia–Pacific region. With more than 15 years of specialist governance and investor stewardship advisory experience, and over two decades serving on boards, Simon is recognised for advancing high standards of corporate governance, board effectiveness and responsible stewardship in complex organisational environments.
Simon’s board career spans the private and not‑for‑profit sectors, with experience in industries including professional services, technology, financial and insurance services, health and social services, mining, transport and utilities. Catherine Salmon
Catherine Salmon is Regional Head of Research for France, U.K., Middle East and Africa at ISS STOXX. She also leads a team monitoring and analyzing resolutions covering E&S Governance issues and is deputy chair of the ISS Global Policy Board, which oversees the ISS proprietary voting policies. She is based in Paris and has been with ISS since 2006 initially heading ISS’ French research team while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to refine and improve the market’s research offerings service.

Praveen Sangana
Praveen Sangana is head of governance & forensic research/international ESG research in the Equity division at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals.
In this role, Mr. Sangana heads the global governance & forensic accounting team and India-based international ESG and emerging markets sector research teams. He supports portfolio managers in their investment decisions.
Mr. Sangana joined Fidelity in 2007 and served in various roles; sector research (energy, utilities, industrials & consumer sectors), forensic research, emerging markets stock research and management. He also spent a few years in the U.S. before moving back to India in a role supporting international/emerging markets equity & debt portfolio managers.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Sangana served as a research analyst with a London based special situation hedge fund focused on investment research (distressed debt, LBOs & M&A) and financial due diligence. Previously, he was a financial analyst at Hewlett-Packard and an analyst at Deloitte Consulting. Mr. Sangana has been in the finance industry since 2003. Mr. Sangana earned a Bachelor of Commerce in 2000 and his Master of Business Administration in 2003.

Ali Saribas
Ali is a corporate governance and activism specialist with over 20 years’ experience. Ali started off as a research analyst at the Investor Responsibility Research Center (IRRC) in Washington DC. In 2009, Ali moved to London to work with Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) to cover the UK market as well as help set-up the contentious M&A/Activism team to cover the UK and continental Europe. In 2018, Ali co-founded SquareWell Partners. Ali has a dual undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics from the George Washington University and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Bayes Business School.
Julia Shatikova
Julia Shatikova is the Ownership Lead at Sarasin & Partners. She is responsible for engaging with, and voting at, portfolio companies with a focus on driving sustainable change in their environmental, social and governance performance. Julia is leading Sarasin’s stewardship activities on corporate governance and ethical AI.
She joined in January 2022 from Northern Trust Asset Management where she was the Head of EMEA Stewardship, with engagement and voting responsibilities for companies in EMEA. Prior to that, Julia was the Senior Sustainable Investing Research Analyst for Northern Trust Asset Management. In that role, she was responsible for ESG thought leadership and product innovation.

Takuya Shiratori
Takuya (Tak) Shiratori is Head of IR/SR Consulting at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited (SuMi TRUST), Japan’s leading trust bank and stock transfer agency. He plays a pivotal role in bridging Japanese listed companies and global investors by providing strategic insights on governance and shareholder relations. Since 2017, SuMi TRUST has conducted Japan’s largest Corporate Governance Survey. Jeanne Stampe
Jeanne is the Lead Policy Advisor at NBIM. She engages with financial regulators, standard setters, stock exchanges and industry associations worldwide to promote well-functioning markets through corporate governance and corporate disclosures (financial and sustainability-related financial disclosures). Her market level policy engagement is conducted in close collaboration with NBIM’s stewardship teams who engage at portfolio company level on corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining NBIM, Jeanne was the sole Specialist Leader at the Monetary Authority of Singapore for over 4 years focusing on climate and environmental risk from both prudential supervisory and capital markets perspectives. She represented MAS to drive international environmental risk policy reform through International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO), Basel Committee for Banking Supervision (BCBS), International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS), and Network for Greening the Financial System (NGFS).
For 8 years up to 2020, Jeanne was Head of Asia Sustainable Finance at WWF. She worked with ASEAN banking supervisors to support the development of their environmental risk management guidelines. Prior to that, she worked for 14 years in private equity and investment banking in London, New York, Stockholm and Singapore and has European/UK board experience.
Jeanne is a Senior Fellow at the SOAS University of London Centre for Sustainable Finance. Jeanne holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from Cambridge University.
Sheila Stefani
Sheila Stefani is Head of Stewardship at LGPS Central, where she leads the organisation’s stewardship strategy, supports ESG integration across asset classes, and reports to committees, and other stakeholders on stewardship progress and outcomes. Previously, she was the Responsible Investment Manager at TPT Retirement Solutions, overseeing all aspects of ESG and responsible investment, including manager due diligence, policy development, member communications, and statutory reporting. Prior to this, she spent over four years at the Church Commissioners and Church of England Pensions Board, leading work on corporate governance, stewardship, ethical investment policies, and exclusion commitments.
With almost two decades of experience in responsible investment, Sheila has worked across stewardship, ESG integration, policy development, and stakeholder reporting. She is a regular contributor to industry publications, reports, consultations, and thought leadership on stewardship, corporate governance, and responsible investment, and actively participates in collaborative investor initiatives and industry forums aimed at advancing responsible investment standards and long-term investment outcomes.
Lindsey Stewart
Lindsey Stewart is the director of investment stewardship research at Morningstar Sustainalytics. Based in London, Lindsey works closely with Morningstar Sustainalytics’ engagement and proxy voting specialists worldwide to provide clarity on how institutional investors, companies and regulators are approaching key sustainability and governance themes in global finance. Lindsey joined Morningstar in 2022 from the UK Financial Reporting Council where he was head of stakeholder engagement. Prior to that, his career spans over 20 years in corporate investor relations consulting, equity research, and financial reporting and regulation at KPMG and Makinson Cowell. Lindsey is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and a CFA Charterholder.
Carol Storey
Carol Storey is the Global Head of Stewardship at HSBC Asset Management, bringing nearly 20 years of experience from a career spanning sustainability, financial risk, and consulting. She leads a team of engagement and voting specialists dedicated to developing and implementing effective investment stewardship strategies.
Before joining HSBC, Carol served as the Climate Engagement Lead at Schroders and was a Senior Manager in PwC’s Sustainability and Climate Change Team prior to that. She began her career in executive remuneration before moving to the actuarial profession, where she discovered her passion for helping pension schemes manage climate risks.
Carol is actively involved in collaborative industry initiatives and is currently a member of the ICGN Global Policy Committee and the PRI System Stewardship Advisory Committee. In recognition of her work on climate engagement, she received the ICGN’s Excellence in Stewardship award in 2023. Additionally, during her time in the actuarial field, she also chaired the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries’ Climate Change Working Party.
A qualified actuary, Carol holds a Master’s degree in Actuarial Finance from Imperial Business School and studied Human Sciences at Oxford University as an undergraduate.
Fuyumi Takeuchi
Fuyumi is currently a Senior ESG Specialist as part of Nomura Asset Management (NAM)’s Responsible Investment Department based in Tokyo, Japan, where she handles proxy voting, engagement with Japanese and foreign companies, and ESG initiatives. NAM is a leader in responsible investment across Japan and Asia with a history of over 20 years in this area.
Prior to joining NAM, she worked for STOXX, a European index provider where she led and expanded their Japan business. Before moving back to Japan in 2018, Fuyumi worked in Hong Kong for Novus Aviation Capital a multinational aircraft leasing firm headquartered in Dubai.
She started her career as a financial journalist at Nikkei covering multiple sectors and equity markets. Fuyumi also represented Nikkei in Hong Kong for several years as an economic news reporter covering Greater China.
She is a member of PRI Japan Advisory Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Human Life and Environmental Science from Ochanomizu University in Japan.
Megumi Terayama
As a long-standing member of ICGN, Megumi has served on the former Global Governance Committee and as a judge panel on the ICGN Global Stewardship Disclosure Awards.
Megumi is the Founder & CEO of Megske Corporation, a corporate governance consulting firm with the aim of enhancing communication between Japanese companies and overseas institutional investors.
From 2013 to 2022, Megumi had been studied ESG Investing, focusing on shareholder stewardship and corporate governance as a Managing Director of the Institute of Social System Research, Nikko Research Center, Inc. During the period, Megumi co-authored PRI’s Fiduciary Duty in the 21st Century: Japan Roadmap.
From 2007 to 2013, Megumi has been a first senior consultant specializing in ESG investing at Mercer Japan, introducing ESG investing to Japan.
Previously, Megumi worked in the corporate risk management consultancy services at KPMG Business Assurance, focused on internal control and corporate governance issues.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Kyoto University and a master’s degree in public affairs from S Paul H. O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Indiana University. CFA, CMA.
Eugenia Unanyants-Jackson
Eugenia Unanyants-Jackson is the Global Head of Sustainability, based in London. Ms. Unanyants-Jackson is responsible for shaping and coordinating sustainability strategy and execution across PGIM, chairing the PGIM Sustainability Council, engaging with key external stakeholders including clients, consultants, regulators, and the media, and partnering closely with the PGIM affiliates as well as Prudential Financial Inc.’s Sustainability groups. Ms. Unanyants-Jackson joined PGIM Fixed Income in 2020 as the firm’s inaugural Head of ESG Research, where she was charged with managing the strategic integration of ESG research across all elements of the firm, including investment decision-making, and internal and external education and engagement. Prior to joining PGIM Fixed Income, Ms. Unanyants-Jackson was with Allianz Global Investors where she was the Global Head of ESG Research since 2016, leading the implementation of ESG integration across fundamental equity and fixed income strategies. Prior to this she was a Director of Governance and Sustainable Investment at BMO GAM (formerly F&C Investments). Ms. Unanyants-Jackson received a diploma in Teaching English and German from the Tbilisi I. Chavchavadze State Institute of Western Languages and Cultures in Georgia, and a MA in Public Administration from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs. She is also a co-chair of the Corporate Governance and Stewardship Council for The Conference Board.
James Upton
James Upton is Senior Corporate Governance Specialist at Pictet Asset Management, where he is responsible for governance-focused stewardship activities across the firm’s global investment portfolios. With an emphasis on company-specific materiality, his work spans company engagement and proxy voting, with a particular focus on core governance topics, sustainability governance and emerging challenges. He is a member of a number of ICGN and ACGA working groups, and the Eumedion Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Pictet in 2021, James spent nine years at BHP, most recently as Head of ESG policy and engagement within the Group Governance function, where he advised the Board and senior management on governance and sustainability matters and led engagement with investors and other stakeholders. Earlier in his career, he held senior corporate governance roles at the Association of British Insurers, including Head of Corporate Governance and head of IVIS. James holds a Master’s degree from the University of St Andrews in Philosophy and Latin.
Clémence Valleteau
As Global Head of Public Policy at Forvis Mazars, Clémence monitors key policy and regulatory developments affecting audit, assurance and corporate reporting, including sustainability and ESG-related matters across the EU and globally. She leads engagement with policymakers, regulators, investors and other stakeholders to contribute to policy debates on the future of corporate reporting, sustainability disclosures and audit.
Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in public policy, gained across both public and private organisations internationally, Clémence advises C-suite executives and board members on regulatory, geopolitical and stakeholder developments, helping them anticipate change and navigate complex policy environments.
Clémence holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Paris and two PhDs in Political Science and History from Université Paris Cité and the University of Bucharest. She has also obtained the European Board Diploma (ECODA), delivers training programmes for board members on geopolitical trends, and is a graduate of the Institut des Hautes Études de Défense Nationale (IHEDN), specialising in economic security issues. She serves on the boards of two NGOs, Up for Humanness and Fundația Parada.
Adri van Niekerk
Ms Adri van Niekerk serves as the Company Secretary and Head of the Board Secretariat at the Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF). She is responsible for providing governance and strategic support to the Board of Trustees and its committees, ensuring the effective functioning of the Fund’s governance structures and compliance with applicable legislative and regulatory requirements. In her role, she oversees the Board Secretariat and provides guidance on corporate governance, board administration and stakeholder engagement. Ms van Niekerk is committed to promoting good governance, accountability and ethical leadership in support of the GEPF’s mandate and long-term sustainability.
Chris Vilburn
Chris is the Asia Pacific Head of Stewardship for Goldman Sachs Asset Management, based in Tokyo, where he manages issuer engagement, proxy voting and stewardship industry activities for the region. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs Asset Management, he was with Goldman Sachs as the lead GS SUSTAIN analyst in Japan, co-head of Asia Tactical Research, and a member of the Asia Investment Review Committee. Chris joined Goldman Sachs in 2007 and was named managing director in 2017.
Chris currently serves as a board member for the 30% Club Japan Investor Group, and
on the steering committee of the Japan Stewardship Initiative.
Chris earned a BA in Japanese from Brigham Young University. Additionally, he earned an MBA, with honors, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a master’s degree in International Studies, with a focus on East Asia and Japan, from the Joseph H. Lauder Institute of Management & International Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. Chris is also a CFA charterholder.
Aaron Wendt
Aaron Wendt joined Glass Lewis in 2017 and currently serves as Senior Director of North American Research, Policy and Engagement. In his current role, Aaron leads policy development on all matters related to the board of directors and shareholder rights for the North American market. In addition, he leads the team’s engagement program with corporate issuers and often engages with investor clients on policy and corporate governance issues. Aaron is also a frequent speaker on Glass Lewis webinars, addressing policy guidelines updates and trends in corporate governance and proxy voting for investor clients, issuers, and other market participants. Additionally, Aaron has primary responsibility for the team’s content production and has contributed several articles and reports as author and editor to Glass Lewis’ various content platforms. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
Scott Zdrazil
Scott Zdrazil is Principal Investment Officer at the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA), which manages more than US$100 billion in assets in a defined benefit plan and other post-employment benefits on behalf of over 200,00 members and beneficiaries. He leads LACERA’s investment stewardship strategies which aim to protect and promote financial performance, including corporate governance initiatives, financial market policy advocacy, global proxy voting, and investment due diligence and analytics of financially relevant sustainability factors.
He previously chaired the Council of Institutional Investors board and has been named to the National Association of Corporate Directors’ Directorship 100 list. He is a member of the Society for Corporate Governance and currently serves on the International Corporate Governance Network’s Global Policy Committee, the Investor Advisory Group to the International Financial Reporting Standards’ (IFRS) International Sustainability Standards Board, and the Best Practices Principles (BPP) Oversight Committee for proxy research firms.

Landon Shea is Research Lead, Investment Stewardship at AllianceBernstein, where he is responsible for voting shareholder meetings across AB’s $330 billion active equities platform, overseeing proxy-related regulatory reporting, and authoring corporate governance research. Shea covers the Healthcare and Technology sectors for AB’s Responsible Investing team, engaging issuers on material ESG topics in partnership with active investment teams. Prior to joining AB, he worked as an Undergraduate Fellow at the Berkeley Law School Public Law & Policy Center and as a Compliance Intern at VMware. Shea holds a BA in Political Science from UC Berkeley.
Syahnon Ahmad
Syahnon Ahmad is an Associate in Investment Stewardship and Corporate Governance at Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB), one of Malaysia’s largest institutional investors. He works on proxy voting, shareholder engagement and stewardship policy across domestic and international investee companies, spanning listed equities, private companies and fixed income. His work focuses on the practical application of governance and stewardship principles, including board effectiveness, ESG and climate governance. Syahnon holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE)
Ayşen Çelikmen
Ayşen Çelikmen is a Senior Research Analyst at Glass Lewis, where she focuses on corporate governance practices and executive remuneration in the Dutch, Belgian, and Luxembourg markets, with additional exposure to Hong Kong, Australia and Turkey. She prepares research and analysis for general meetings based on policies informed by national, regional and international best practices and governance codes. Ayşen regularly contributes to Glass Lewis publications on governance trends and policy developments. She holds an MA in European Studies from European University Viadrina and Istanbul Bilgi University, and a BA in International Relations from Galatasaray University. She speaks Turkish, English, and French.
Rajveer Dhanoa
Rajveer Dhanoa is an Investment Officer on the Sustainable Investment and Stewardship Strategies team for California State Teachers’ Retirement System (CalSTRS), the largest educator-only public pension fund in the world. Rajveer contributes to proxy voting and corporate engagement initiatives aligned with CalSTRS’s stewardship priorities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Sacramento.
Yu-Ting Fu
As part of Columbia Threadneedle Investments’ Sustainable Research team, Yu-Ting Fu leads proxy voting and corporate governance engagement across the APAC region. Previously, she was a stewardship engager at EOS, Federated Hermes Limited, focusing on ESG engagement in Asia. Yu-Ting holds a Master’s degree in Sustainability and Management from the University of Bath and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from National Taipei University.
Gabe Gerson
Gabe Gerson is a Stewardship Analyst at Geode Capital Management in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to joining Geode, Gabe spent 3 years at Ceres, Inc. working as a Senior Associate II in Shareholder Engagement, managing shareholder resolution tracking and analysis within the stewardship and proxy landscape. Prior to Ceres, he held roles at Ginkgo Bioworks as a Senior Specialist, and at Odysseys Unlimited Inc. focusing on product development and client account management. Gabe earned a Bachelor’s Degree at The University of Arizona, B.A., and is completing his MBA at Northeastern University with a specialization in Investments and Finance, and Global Studies.
David Haughan
David Haughan is a qualified lawyer and an Investment Officer at Woodsford. He has considerable experience of shareholder-led group litigation arising from breakdowns in corporate governance. Prior to joining Woodsford, he practiced as a lawyer at an international law firm.
He obtained a Bachelor of Laws from King’s College London. He speaks English, French and Spanish.
Joseph Insirello
As part of UBS’ Stewardship Team, Joseph leads governance engagements in APAC, with a focus on China/Hong Kong, India and Australia. Previously, he was a Stewardship Analyst at Janus Henderson Investors and a Governance and Proxy Voting Associate at Morrow Sodali (now Sodali&Co). He holds a MSc in International Political Economy (Distinction) from the London School of Economics and was an Ermenegildo Zegna Scholar.
Wonhui Jeong
Wonhui Jeong is a member of the Macro, Policy & ESG Group at the Korea Investment Corporation (KIC), Korea’s sovereign wealth fund. After completing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a concentration in Financial Law, she transitioned into ESG- and policy-related work and currently focuses on ESG integration within a public asset owner framework.
In her current role, she works on ESG reviews for alternative investments, the management of ESG strategy equity funds, and climate-related analysis. Based on this practical experience, she is also involved in firm-wide discussions on ESG integration, stewardship, and corporate governance. Her interests center on how ESG principles, fiduciary duty, and sustainability considerations are operationalized in institutional investment decision-making.
Shambhavi Jha
Shambhavi Jha is a corporate governance research analyst at a proxy advisory firm, Stakeholders Empowerment Services. She has extensive experience in proxy advisory research, including analysis of board practices, executive remuneration, shareholder rights, and mergers. Alongside her research work, she contributes to stewardship education initiatives and the development of proxy voting policies supporting informed investor decision-making. She holds an integrated BA LLB (Hons.) degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
Gladys Lam
Gladys Lam is Stewardship Analyst at HSBC Asset Management based in Hong Kong. Within Stewardship, she covers Chinese companies (including state-owned enterprises) and climate change. She began her career at HSBC Asset Management, gaining product and research experiences across equities, fixed income and multi asset. Gladys holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies and a Bachelor of Education in English Education (First Class) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Outside of work, she enjoys good food, good art, and good company.
Ben Levy
Ben is an ESG Analyst at Asset Value Investors (AVI), where he leads ESG research, risk integration, and investee company engagement across £2.1B AUM global equity funds. AVI is a boutique activist-engagement investment manager, based in London. He also sits on the internal AVI Stewardship and Sustainability Risk Committee, and was appointed in 2025 to the UN PRI Sustainable Systems Investment Managers Reference Group. Prior to AVI, Ben was a Sustainable Finance Consultant at the global management consulting firm Guidehouse; including responsibilities as the APAC Coordinator for the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF), which Guidehouse serve as the global Secretariat for. Ben holds an MA Economics (First Class Honours) from the University of Glasgow, and an MSc Climate Change, Management & Finance from Imperial College London. He also holds the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
Shane McCullagh
Shane is a senior investment analyst within the Sustainable Ownership team at Railpen. His responsibilities include ESG investment research and stewardship across Railpen’s global investments in public and private markets.
He is a CFA charterholder and graduated from the University of Bath with a first-class degree in Mathematical Sciences. His previous experience includes working as a consultant advising pension funds on their investment strategy.
Eoghan McGrath, CFA
Eoghan is an ESG Associate at ClearBridge Investments. He joined the firm in 2021 and has 4 years of investment industry experience.
Eoghan was an Investment Analyst on the Stewardship, Sustainability & Impact team at Martin Currie which then became part of ClearBridge in 2025.
Eoghan received a B.S.c (Honours) in actuarial science from Heriot-Watt University and is a CFA® charterholder.
Amy McTavish
Amy McTavish is an alumna of the Gustavson School of Business (class of 2021) and a former portfolio manager for the University of Victoria’s Student Investment Fund (class of 2020/2021). Amy is currently working at BCI as a Senior Analyst, ESG. BCI is amongst the largest institutional investors in Canada with CAD$295 billion in gross assets under management. BCI manages a portfolio of diversified public and private market investments on behalf of 32 British Columbia public sector and institutional clients. In her capacity on the ESG team, Amy assists with the integration of environmental, social, and governance risks and opportunities in BCI’s investment processes. Amy has worked at BCI since 2020, first starting as an intern and working up to Senior Analyst. Her main responsibilities include ESG specific due diligence and engagement with public market and private credit investments as well as managing BCI’s proxy voting program. In her spare time, Amy enjoys long distance running, hiking, and yoga.
Sakura Omori
Sakura Omori is an engagement specialist and former investment analyst in long-short and engagement strategies. She joined Nomura Asset Management’s Responsible Investment Research Department in 2025, leading stewardship and engagement with Japanese listed companies. Previously, she worked at SPARX Asset Management K.K. (joined 2021), where she helped launch a $1 billion engagement fund in 2023, and earlier served as an M&A advisory associate at PwC Advisory K.K. Her strengths include TMT, machinery, food, and real estate sectors and engagement with corporate management.
Arnav Prasad
Arnav is a Senior Investment Analyst in the ESG & Stewardship team at AustralianSuper, Australia’s largest superannuation fund. He is responsible for integrating material ESG considerations in due diligence, valuations and asset management across AustralianSuper’s private markets investment portfolio. This includes property, infrastructure and private equity investments.
His prior experience includes working in the Responsible Investment team at HESTA and being a Graduate at Westpac. Arnav holds Bachelors degrees in Actuarial Science and Finance from Monash University.
Jacquelin Renda
Jacquelin Renda is a Director on the Public and Private Fixed Income ESG Research team at PGIM, a global asset manager. Her role involves leading ESG investment and stewardship processes across PGIM’s private credit and private alternatives strategies. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University and holds the CFA Institute Sustainable Investing Certificate.
Amarilys Simoneau
Amarilys works on sustainable investing activities across the firm’s equity and fixed income. She is responsible for conducting environmental, social, and governance (ESG) due diligence, ESG framework and integration, sustainability reporting, and issuer engagements. Prior to this role, Amarilys helped a private architectural firm establish its first sustainable development report and had previously performed ESG analysis and integration work for publicly listed companies at Desjardin Global Asset Management.
Manuel Sobral
Manuel Sobral is an ESG Analyst in the Robeco Active Ownership team, specialized in Corporate Governance. Prior to joining Robeco in 2022, he obtained a Master’s in Accounting & Financial Management and a Bachelor’s in International Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Manuel is fluent in both Portuguese and English.
