Enobong Shittu is a Legal Director with DLA Piper Africa (Nigeria), with over a decade of experience advising financial institutions, corporates, boards, and investors across Nigeria and broader African markets. She works closely with organisations to strengthen governance frameworks, enhance board effectiveness, improve stewardship practices, and promote transparent disclosure to investors and other stakeholders. Her experience also includes advising early-stage and growth-stage businesses on governance structures that support sustainable growth and investment readiness.

She has advised the boards and governance committees of leading financial institutions, multinational companies, public interest entities, and growth-stage businesses on governance, compliance, sustainability, and board oversight matters. Through her work, she supports organisations in building resilient governance systems that foster long-term value creation, accountability, and stakeholder trust.

A recognised thought leader in corporate governance and sustainability, Enobong is the founder of Structure for Scale, a non-profit advisory platform dedicated to advancing governance architecture, board effectiveness, and ESG integration in Africa. Her work focuses on helping organisations navigate evolving governance expectations, sustainability-related risks and opportunities, and emerging disclosure requirements while aligning with international best practices.

Enobong has received specialist training from the World Bank Group Academy, the Corporate Finance Institute, and GRI Africa. She is a recipient of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) Rising Star Award in Corporate Governance, and has authored several publications on directors’ duties, climate risk governance, sustainability reporting, and corporate accountability under Nigerian law.

Will co-leads the climate change theme at EOS, the stewardship arm of Federated Hermes Limited, where his coverage includes companies in Europe and Australia, primarily financial services, energy, chemicals, and materials. Prior to joining EOS, Will worked in the energy and infrastructure investment banking team at Macquarie Capital, where he specialised in renewable energy. Before that, Will held a number of roles across the UK climate policy space, including as a parliamentary researcher for Rt. Hon. Chris Skidmore MP on climate and energy issues, and as a climate and economic policy analyst at a diplomatic institute. He was appointed as a voluntary adviser to Rt. Hon. Alok Sharma MP, President of COP26, on preparations for COP26 after co-founding a Westminster climate policy group in 2019, which engaged MPs and Members of the House of Lords to advocate for more ambition on climate action in public policy. Will has a Bachelor’s degree (1st Class Honours) in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
