A graduate of San Diego State University, a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM). Fay has been active in the American Society of Safety Engineers throughout her career and has received the prestigious ASSE Fellow (ASSPF). Fay is a NACD Board Leadership Fellow.
