Anne Molyneux

Anne Molyneux has provided over the past 25 years a range of consulting services to state-owned enterprises, government shareholder ownership entities, listed and unlisted companies, specific state-owned enterprises, banking and securities regulators, stock exchanges, government ministries and corporate governance institutes across a wide range of activities related to ESG .

The services include regulation developments including codes, institutional restructuring, corporate governance assessments and development plans including policy provision, board evaluations and board training; strategy and performance advice, risk management support, corporate reporting, including sustainability reporting support and guidance; ESG codes and guidance and materiality assessments; stakeholder engagement plans, internal control development.

Anne Molyneux is the owner/director of CS International, her independent consulting company. She is the lead consultant.

Major clients include: The World Bank, The International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Asian Development Bank (ADB), International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD), GAVI Alliance, Bombay Stock Exchange, Capital Market Authority of Kenya, and to Hanoi, Ho Chih Minh, Ethiopia, Iraq and Rwanda Stock Exchanges.

The Consultant

A Chartered Accountant (Fellow), a Master of Management, she is an experienced director and trustee of pension funds. She is a former Vice Chair of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN), a global network of the largest global investors with US$77 trillion under investment. She is a member of the ICGN Nomination Committee. Currently, she is a director of a private equity fund, a trustee of a pension fund and a director on other private sector boards. She is an experienced member of boards and board committees (Governance, Audit and Risk). She has been a member of the IFRS Advisory Council, the IIRC Council, the IAASB and IESBA Advisory Committees. She is a current Vice-Chair of the OECD’s Business and Industry Advisory Committee (BIAC) to the OECD Corporate Governance Committee. She is a member of the ISSB’s Integrated Reporting Communications Council (IRCC). She has worked extensively with major clients on several projects throughout the world.

Will co-leads the climate change theme at EOS, the stewardship arm of Federated Hermes Limited, where his coverage includes companies in Europe and Australia, primarily financial services, energy, chemicals, and materials. Prior to joining EOS, Will worked in the energy and infrastructure investment banking team at Macquarie Capital, where he specialised in renewable energy. Before that, Will held a number of roles across the UK climate policy space, including as a parliamentary researcher for Rt. Hon. Chris Skidmore MP on climate and energy issues, and as a climate and economic policy analyst at a diplomatic institute. He was appointed as a voluntary adviser to Rt. Hon. Alok Sharma MP, President of COP26, on preparations for COP26 after co-founding a Westminster climate policy group in 2019, which engaged MPs and Members of the House of Lords to advocate for more ambition on climate action in public policy. Will has a Bachelor’s degree (1st Class Honours) in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
