Dan Konigsburg

Dan Konigsburg has served as Global Head of Public Affairs at KPMG and Global Head of Corporate Governance and Public Policy at Deloitte.

His work leading policy and governance strategy at two of the Big Four professional services firms is built on nearly 30 years of experience guiding policy-makers, non-government organizations, investors, analysts, standard-setters, regulators, professional associations, think tanks, multi-laterals and the public at large on key policy and international governance questions across a range of issues. 

Dan served for over ten years as Chair of the OECD Business Advisory Committee on Corporate Governance in Paris, and served on the board of the US Council for International Business from 2015 to 2026. Recently, he completed a six-year term on the ICGN board, where he chaired the Governance Committee.

This summer, Dan redirected his time to private consultancy and the search for independent director roles, as well as to pursue his passions of promoting stronger audit committees, investor stewardship, boardroom diversity, and advocating for policy and regulation that raises the bar globally for boards.

Will co-leads the climate change theme at EOS, the stewardship arm of Federated Hermes Limited, where his coverage includes companies in Europe and Australia, primarily financial services, energy, chemicals, and materials. Prior to joining EOS, Will worked in the energy and infrastructure investment banking team at Macquarie Capital, where he specialised in renewable energy. Before that, Will held a number of roles across the UK climate policy space, including as a parliamentary researcher for Rt. Hon. Chris Skidmore MP on climate and energy issues, and as a climate and economic policy analyst at a diplomatic institute. He was appointed as a voluntary adviser to Rt. Hon. Alok Sharma MP, President of COP26, on preparations for COP26 after co-founding a Westminster climate policy group in 2019, which engaged MPs and Members of the House of Lords to advocate for more ambition on climate action in public policy. Will has a Bachelor’s degree (1st Class Honours) in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
