Hani Zogheib

Hani is a Senior Managing Director and heads the private equity & adjacencies team in EMEA. 

Hani joined Macquarie in 2007 as a graduate, initially in the Abu Dhabi office, raising regional infrastructure funds, as well as playing a key role in the development and management of greenfield public-private partnership projects. Hani moved to Macquarie’s London office in 2013 and has since played a key role in various transactions including the divestment of several of MEIF1’s assets including Arlanda Express, Bristol Airport and Thames Water.

Hani worked in the utilities and networks sector and led the execution of MAM’s acquisition of Cadent Gas  and Exolum, as well as the pre-emption, and follow-on syndication of Pisto (France’s largest oil storage operator).

In 2018, Hani moved to the Diversified Infrastructure team which he headed up from 2021 to 2024. During that time, Hani lead the development on investment thesis in new sectors including social infrastructure and waste management, where MAM has been successful in deploying capital acquiring Viamed Salud, Beauparc, Beacon Hospital in addition to the acquisition of Telpark.

Hani is a non-executive director on the board of Telpark, chairs the board of Beauparc and Beacon Hospital and previously sat on the boards of Pisto, Exolum and Viamed Salud.

Hani holds an Msc in Finance from Warwick Business School and a bachelor’s degree in business administration (with distinction) from the American University of Beirut. He is a father of two young kids, fluent in English, Arabic and French, and is involved with several charitable organisations in his home country, Lebanon.

Will co-leads the climate change theme at EOS, the stewardship arm of Federated Hermes Limited, where his coverage includes companies in Europe and Australia, primarily financial services, energy, chemicals, and materials. Prior to joining EOS, Will worked in the energy and infrastructure investment banking team at Macquarie Capital, where he specialised in renewable energy. Before that, Will held a number of roles across the UK climate policy space, including as a parliamentary researcher for Rt. Hon. Chris Skidmore MP on climate and energy issues, and as a climate and economic policy analyst at a diplomatic institute. He was appointed as a voluntary adviser to Rt. Hon. Alok Sharma MP, President of COP26, on preparations for COP26 after co-founding a Westminster climate policy group in 2019, which engaged MPs and Members of the House of Lords to advocate for more ambition on climate action in public policy. Will has a Bachelor’s degree (1st Class Honours) in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
