Nick Seeber

Nick leads Deloitte’s global Digital Regulation offering, established to help clients respond to the strategic, practical and operational challenges presented by new rules for the Internet, AI and other digital technologies. These laws and regulations in the EU, UK, US and globally bring new obligations around online safety (especially for children), fair competition, consumer protection, AI, digital privacy, ownership of digital assets, access to digital services and much more.

Deloitte’s Digital Regulation team is global and multi-disciplinary, with a breadth of capabilities, including risk and compliance specialists, legal and regulation experts, economists, strategists, technologists, auditors and transformation leads. We work with clients across digital platforms, government departments, regulators, financial services, and the ecosystem of affected organisations who have a stake in the future of the Internet.

Nick has worked at Deloitte since 2010 and has extensive experience in regulatory transformation, data strategy and the Media and Telecoms sectors. He is a member of Deloitte’s global TMT leadership team, responsible for global TMT Regulation.  

Nick has a degree in History of Science from the University of Cambridge.

Will co-leads the climate change theme at EOS, the stewardship arm of Federated Hermes Limited, where his coverage includes companies in Europe and Australia, primarily financial services, energy, chemicals, and materials. Prior to joining EOS, Will worked in the energy and infrastructure investment banking team at Macquarie Capital, where he specialised in renewable energy. Before that, Will held a number of roles across the UK climate policy space, including as a parliamentary researcher for Rt. Hon. Chris Skidmore MP on climate and energy issues, and as a climate and economic policy analyst at a diplomatic institute. He was appointed as a voluntary adviser to Rt. Hon. Alok Sharma MP, President of COP26, on preparations for COP26 after co-founding a Westminster climate policy group in 2019, which engaged MPs and Members of the House of Lords to advocate for more ambition on climate action in public policy. Will has a Bachelor’s degree (1st Class Honours) in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
