Tina Mavraki

Tina Mavraki is a portfolio non-executive board director and strategic adviser with global multifaceted ESG experience. Her 24-year executive career spans international capital markets, physical supply chains, and investment management in C-suite positions.

Tina is a Chartered IoD Director (Institute of Directors UK). Her non-executive portfolio includes leading European listed energy and metals producer Mytilineos SA, and private-equity-led US metals producer First Bauxite LLC. 

In her thought-leadership capacity, Tina has worked with the Financial Conduct Authority’s ESG team on climate implementation governance and climate-minded executive remuneration. She contributed an article to the FCA Discussion Paper 23.1 on Sustainability. For the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development, she authored an ESG governance manual for banks and private equity funds, respectively. Tina is also a climate governance consultant for the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation. She is co-author of the Moody’s e-learning course “Climate Risk Fundamentals”.

In the financial sector, Tina is strategic adviser to US$ 8.5 billion US private debt fund White Oak Global Advisors. She has also designed the ESG strategy, and governance, policy and execution frameworks of smaller asset managers.

In her executive career in global capital markets with Morgan Stanley and Citi, Tina managed US$ multi-billion portfolios and advised the German and Greek debt management offices. In physical supply chains, she led US$ multi-million responsible private debt transactions globally for Noble Group. In her investment management C-suite roles with US$ 1.4+ billion funds Barak Fund Management and Gemcorp Capital, she led circa $450 million strategic co-financing agreements and proliferated their funding sources. Tina advised the State of Maharashtra, India, on renewable policy and solar tariffs.

Tina holds a BA and MA in Philosophy Politics & Economics from the University of Oxford, and an MSc in Finance from the London Business School. She is a CFA charter holder and an accredited corporate mediator with CEDR.

Will co-leads the climate change theme at EOS, the stewardship arm of Federated Hermes Limited, where his coverage includes companies in Europe and Australia, primarily financial services, energy, chemicals, and materials. Prior to joining EOS, Will worked in the energy and infrastructure investment banking team at Macquarie Capital, where he specialised in renewable energy. Before that, Will held a number of roles across the UK climate policy space, including as a parliamentary researcher for Rt. Hon. Chris Skidmore MP on climate and energy issues, and as a climate and economic policy analyst at a diplomatic institute. He was appointed as a voluntary adviser to Rt. Hon. Alok Sharma MP, President of COP26, on preparations for COP26 after co-founding a Westminster climate policy group in 2019, which engaged MPs and Members of the House of Lords to advocate for more ambition on climate action in public policy. Will has a Bachelor’s degree (1st Class Honours) in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
